A short film/music video for the song "Beggar in the Morning" by the Barr Brothers. A great song, but mostly I wanted to showcase the amazing sculptures of Stephan Bircher. Working out of British Columbia, Bircher creates bizarre folksy creations that draw as much inspiration from the macabre materials as from the playful poses of dance and music. Constructed of found objects, dead animals and electronic motors, he makes moving marionettes and wonderfully bizarre living sculptures. Check out the video, then visit his website for more work.
