When I first saw this image I thought it was a detailed anatomical drawing of some bizarre Lovecraftian eldar thing. Boy was I delightedly surprised to realize it was the amazingly robust history of the inspiration of science fiction in a variety of mediums. Its a fascinating little info-graphic I thought I would share with everyone. Enjoy!
