When I was seven years I was obsessed with the film, The Rocketeer. I would watch it repeatedly. I was ecstatic when I saw the bulldog-shaped pilots bar when I went to Disney World. As an imaginative child, I took most of my play to its extreme, and I remember distinctly the outfit I made to further facilitate my play acting. Using a thick green poster board, I drew and cut out a flat rocket-pack, a glove-mounted switch, and a rather ridiculous (though for my age rather ingenious) helmet. Taking breaks from rampaging around the living room as a screeching T-rex, I could be seen jumping from chair to couch and back again with my arms in the air. Cliff had nothing on me. To this day I still absolutely love that movie.
